Documents Required: For MBBS Course

A completed Application Form;
Valid Medical Insurance Policy;
Copy of International Passport or any other ID Card (passport should be minimum valid for 2 years);
Medical Health Certificate showing Mental and Physical Fitness (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs);
Original Education Certificates (10th and 12th) and copies of Education Certificates;
Birth Certificate’s copy;
6 color photos (size 6×4 cm);
Original copy and a copy of the document which contains the information about its performance in academic subjects;

Eligibility Criteria: For MBBS Course at Zaporozhye SMU

To study MBBS at Zaporozhye State Medical University, the following is the eligibility criteria:-

The candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year in which the admission is being taken.
The Nationality of the students must be ‘Indian’.
All the candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology at their 10+2 level for 2 years continuously with English as the medium of study.
The candidate must have individually scored minimum 50% of marks in the same subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English.
The candidates must have cleared NEET exam.

Admission Procedure for Students

Step 1

Students should send the online application form to Zaporozhye State Medical University and should select a course.

Step 2

Required documents which are mentioned above must be sent by email.

Step 3

The University will review the documents and students will receive an admission confirmation letter within 1 working day.

Step 4

Then students would need to send the documents required for the invitation letter.

Step 5

The University will review the documents and after receiving the necessary payment from the students, University will send an invitation letter to the students.

Step 6

Students will also receive a visa support letter from Zaporozhye State Medical University.

Step 7

Students would be then required to apply for a visa.

Step 8

Students must inform about their flight plans to the University so that a representative from the University can pick up them at the airport.

Step 9

In case if a student fails to inform the University about their arrival, then they will be deported back to the homeland.

Hostel and Accommodation

Student’s hostel is a separate territory which has special guard protection for 24 hours.
Giving attention at the hostels is the duty of the teachers.
The hostels and the campus are equipped with the means of video surveillance and control.
There are a total of 5 hostels of the university which can accommodate about 3000 students. Three hostels out of 5 are for foreign citizens.
There are hostel buildings which are of modern block type and consists of rooms which can accommodate 1, 2 or 3 students with all the conveniences.
Hostels consist of internet halls for foreign citizens.
The hostel rooms also have access to the internet.
Hostel No.1 has Indian cultural center and computer class.
The University premises also contains scientific and belletristic literature libraries with reading halls and computer rooms, sports center, courts and stadium, medical center, some canteens and cafes, student's sanatorium-dispensary, shoe repair shop, and clothing repair shop.
